Team Information

Team Kadilis Racing was both a business and a driver development program originated and managed by Phil Carlson. By coaching, assisting and guiding promising young karters through high level kart racing events they will learn to drive, set up their karts, and mentally prepare for racing. The team was carefully selected from junior drivers who have both financial and parental support that permited high quality competitiveness in kart racing's top events such as IKF or WKA Regionals and Nationals, Stars of Karting, or international competition.

In November of 2007 Phil Carlson purchased Pitts Performance in Van Nuys, California. Through Pitts Performance the Team Kadilis concept continues with high quality support to junior racers using Pitts Performance products.
